By accessing and using Flexi Tennis ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Flexi Tennis is a platform that connects tennis players for competitive matches. We organize players into divisions based on UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) and facilitate match scheduling and score reporting.

The Service includes:

• Player registration and profile management
• Division assignment based on skill level
• Match scheduling coordination
• Score submission and ladder tracking
• UTR rating updates

As a user of Flexi Tennis, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself
• Maintain good sportsmanship and respect for other players
• Show up to scheduled matches on time
• Submit match results accurately and promptly
• Respect tennis court rules and regulations
• Pay any required fees or court costs
• Not engage in any form of harassment or unsportsmanlike conduct

All matches are played using the standard format: first to 8 games with a tiebreaker at 7-7. Players are expected to:

• Follow standard tennis rules and etiquette
• Make fair line calls and be honest about scores
• Resolve disputes amicably and in the spirit of good sportsmanship
• Report any conduct issues to platform administrators

By using our Service, you understand that certain information will be shared with other players in your divisions, including:

• Your name and UTR rating
• Your email address and mobile number (for match coordination)
• Match results and ladder standings

Participation fees, if any, will be clearly communicated before registration. Players are responsible for:

• Paying registration fees on time
• Court costs (where applicable - some courts may include hire costs)
• Any additional expenses related to match play

Flexi Tennis is not liable for:

• Injuries sustained during tennis matches
• Disputes between players
• Court availability or conditions
• Weather-related cancellations
• Loss or damage to personal property

Players participate at their own risk and are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without disclosing the reason for termination. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these terms such as:

• Unsportsmanlike conduct
• Repeated no-shows to matches
• Harassment of other players
• Fraudulent score reporting
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked, and we may delete your account and associated data at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
